BOAT release new album on tangerine colored vinyl!

Setting the Paces is available to everyone in all three formats(CD,LP,MP3). I have to say I am partial to the tangerine colored vinyl but I hear those I-pods are sweeping the nation. It is in stores, emusic, and on our web page. Here is Magic Centepede from the recent release show. Allmusic says "Short, snappy tunes with rambunctious vocals and humorous lyrical content, with debts owed to Pavement, Television Personalities, and the Banana Splits, and with a bouncy energy that makes the album very easy to like" and we have to agree their best album to date. Setting the Pace

Since their debut album "Songs You Might Not Like" released in 2006 it looked like they may release an album every year. It just seemed like they had the stamina and the will and the songs. Well last year they decided to hold back and release the EP Topps only to bolster what would become "Setting the Paces". The sloppy pop boys spent some time in the studio and let the songs simmer. Most of these songs have been regulars at their live shows for the past year. You already know the words to the songs. Thursday bear witness to the BOAT stage show to top all the others. Dive into your office shredder for pockets of confetti, duct tape your uncooked rice in paper cups, practice your chest pound, and whatever you do sing along with BOAT as they present their new album on beautiful tangerine vinyl and compact disc.
